Are you looking to work specific days and hours to fit around your lifestyle and commitments?

Our standard days are Monday-Friday. We have shift patterns running from 06:00 through till 18:00, however we will also consider applications from candidates seeking a change to these hours- either full time, part time or on specific days. 

We are looking for you to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and will consider tailoring the hours you work to fit your personal circumstances. Please indicate your preferred working hours when you apply.

About the role

Our Warehouse Operative teams are the heartbeat of Smiths News. From early birds to night owls our teams are responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation in our Hemel Hempstead depot.

Warehouse Operatives ensure that our customers’ orders are sorted, packed, tracked and fulfilled, so that everyone; no matter how big or small gets the service they expect from a market leading wholesaler!
